EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
Since 1998, Mr McCoy has worked with  the Printing Industries Association
of the Heartland/MidAmerica as a regulatory consultant where he provided
printing companies with environmental, safety and health consulting
services including permit applications, air permit maintenance, employee
chemical safety and hazard communication training, lockout/tagout and
machine safeguarding consultations and training and related services to
assist with OSHA and EPA compliance.

Prior to joining PIA, he spent 20 years with Hallmark Cards, Inc. where he
served various roles including Environmental Administrator where he was
responsible for implementing and reporting on environmental compliance
for Hallmark operations.  He also served as Chemical Engineer and  
Product Development Chemist where he Co-invented a patented
embossing process and as safety chairman of Advanced Technical
Research Group.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
Taught classes on Community Right to Know and Underground Storage
Tanks at Kansas University Regent’s Center, 1994, 1995, 1998 for the
Certified Hazardous Materials Managers Review Course.  President of local
chapter of Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers in 2000.
